SERVICE AGREEMENTS

All services are provided on an as-available basis. Service requests are subject to confirmation by MR TRUSTY WHEELZ INC. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Estimated times of arrival and service completion are not guaranteed.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods. All prices are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply for after-hours, holiday, or specialty services.

CAR RENTAL TERMS

Renters must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. A valid credit card and proof of insurance are required at the time of rental. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as rented. Renters are responsible for all fuel, tolls, and traffic violations incurred during the rental period. Late returns are subject to additional charges.

TOWING AND ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Towing services are provided for non-operational or disabled vehicles. The vehicle owner is responsible for ensuring the vehicle can be legally towed. MR TRUSTY WHEELZ INC is not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles. Roadside assistance is subject to geographic limitations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MR TRUSTY WHEELZ INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles during service.
